Sappelle Mahogany:Entandrophragmacylindricum
Origin: West Africa Sapele heartwood is medium to dark reddish-brown, characterised by a well-defined ribbon striped figure on quartered surfaces. The grain is interlocked or wavy and the texture is fairly fine. Sapele is moderately durable.
