Bespoke Office Furniture Matai / Powder Coated Aluminium and Glass;
This is a recent commission, after building several pieces for the clients home we were commissioned to design and craft a suite of furniture for his office. The office is modern with a slightly industrial flavour having exposed RSJ beams and a lot of glass. I came up with some designs for them to consider and the clientsettled on this one.
The desk is constructed from two solid pieces of heart Matai on a custom made powder coated frame (colour antique pearl) running through the center is a piece of tempered 10mm thick glass and set into the edge bright polished stainless steel dome nuts.
The larger cabinet is solid Heart matai with two lockable cupboards,matching aluminium frameand glass shelves.
The smaller cabinet is once again solid Heart Matai and aluminium with a lockable filing cabinet.
The 3x images show the pre build google sketchup drawings supplied to the customer for approval prior to commencing the building of the furniture. I think you will agree it shows a remarkable likeness to the actual finished suite.
